The team is pleased to announce that Laetitia Bert, a PhD student in community health at Université Laval under the supervision of Patrick Archambault and Clémence Dallaire, has been awarded a doctoral scholarship from the VITAM – Centre de recherche en santé durable.
This distinction supports his project entitled:
“Scale up and sustain innovations related to improving the transition of care for seniors: a mixed-use sequential study of two project support tools and two cases of innovative interventions in Chaudière-Appalaches.”
Rooted in the research programming of LEARNING WISDOM and the living laboratory CONSTELLATIONS, This thesis aims to better understand and document the conditions necessary to optimize the impact of the implantation of geriatric nurses in emergencies and the development of workshops for continuous quality improvement CoMPAS+TNCM.
This scholarship attests to the quality of Laetitia’s career, the relevance of her work and her commitment to research in partnership.
